Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating nursing care for patients and participating in patient and family teaching.
- Providing leadership and working cooperatively with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BSN in progress or the willingness to acquire one within three years of hire.
- At least six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability, and a focus on delivering high-quality care.
We also prefer candidates with:
- National Certification in their area of specialty.
