LPN - Graduate Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes-Barre)
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute data to assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
- Reinforce patient and family education, family needs, and discharge planning throughout hospitalization.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies according to policy and procedure.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, eligible candidates may be entitled to a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and up to $40,000 in financial support to become a RN.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from a Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
- Certification(s) and License(s): Licensed Practical Nurse - Default Issuing Body; Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body.
