">Key Responsibilities">- Assess, plan, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet the needs of patients.
- Promote adaptive responses of patients and families to achieve the highest level of patient care, promote safety, and maximize patient satisfaction.
- Care for patients in various settings, including advanced acute care, cardiovascular/stroke, and more.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and revise plans of care based on patient response.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.
