Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to work with students with varying disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and a strong commitment to supporting students in achieving their academic and social goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Modify general education curriculum to accommodate students with disabilities.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student development.
- Employ a variety of teaching techniques and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
