Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at a leading paper converting facility in De Pere & Green Bay, WI. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining paper machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and adjust paper machines, including rewinding, folding, slitting, banding, blowing, wrapping, packing, and stacking
  • Monitor machine efficiency and performance, making adjustments as needed to meet production requirements
  • Package products to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Perform quality checks, communicate with team members, and correct any issues that arise
  • Perform cleaning duties and maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with ability to bend, lift, twist, and move as needed
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and processes
