Job Title: Quality Manager

TC Transcontinental is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development and deployment of the Quality Management System, ensuring superior product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Quality Assurance Laboratory, personnel, and quality initiatives at the Battle Creek facility.
  • Build customer and supplier relationships to meet key performance indicators.
  • Analyze customer returns and implement corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage process/product data to support Quality System requirements and customer/supplier needs.
  • Drive data-based decision-making using statistical tools (SPC, pareto charts, process capability).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of HACCP, BRC Standards, and flexographic printing processes.
  • Proficient in Statistics, SPC, TQM, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and proven ability to lead in a manufacturing environment.
