Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers for bid requests and evaluations, assisting in the assessment of less complex bids and pricing alternatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of permitting processes and occupancy standards.
- Be present at project sites as directed by the Project Manager.
- Support the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractor logistics.
- Aid the Project Manager in drafting purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Review shop drawings, samples, and catalog data in alignment with project specifications and installation procedures.
- Track and expedite logs for shop drawings, contract documents, submittals, and change orders to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Superintendent to monitor job progress and update schedules.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules on a weekly/monthly basis with team assistance.
- Coordinate the delivery and installation of equipment and systems with project personnel.
- Document decisions and approvals from owners and architects.
- Oversee and review all project-related correspondence, including field reports and requests for information.
- Assist in managing the punch list process and ensure all closeout materials are obtained from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Contribute to the preparation of job start-up and closeout checklists.
- Actively participate in O/A/C meetings and document meeting minutes.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software, including MS Office, Procore, Excel, and Profiler.
