Job Overview

The primary aim of the Dining Room Support Specialist role is to assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. This position is essential in supporting Restaurant Servers by ensuring that tables are properly set and that the dining area is kept tidy, thereby contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

The core duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  1. Clearing and resetting tables promptly after each course.
  2. Assisting waitstaff with food and beverage service, including setting tables and serving guests as instructed.
  3. Maintaining cleanliness of menus and dining areas between servings.
  4. Providing guests with beverages as needed.
  5. Replacing soiled linens with fresh ones.
  6. Transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
  7. Polishing silverware and glassware as required.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in delivering outstanding service and hospitality.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Attention to detail, particularly regarding plate presentation.

Minimum Requirements
