We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technician to join our team as a Lead Radiology Technician at Medical City Plano. As a key member of our Imaging Department, you will be responsible for supervising all areas of the department, including XRAY, C-Arm, and Portable scans. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the highest quality patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Imaging Department, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Follow physician orders and perform quality procedures, maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service
  • Manage fiscal responsibilities related to staff, supplies, staffing, and equipment
  • Ensure 24/7 responsibilities for function, staffing, and image quality of XRAY, C-Arm, and Portable scans

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality patient care and customer service
