We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, MI. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assessment, and planning for individualized patient care. You will communicate with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition and respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and assessment
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Respond to changes in patient condition or response to treatment
- Perform general nursing duties with adequate supervision
- Current State of MI RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC required within 6 months of hire
- ED/ICU nursing experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and customer service skills
