Job Summary

Coeur Mining is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment at our mining facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including milling, crushing, and water treatment facilities.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on synchronous generators and power generation equipment.
  • Install and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems and components.
  • Plan and complete work based on company guidelines for safety, environmental compliance, and general work practices and procedures.
  • Responsible for pre-shift inspection of work areas and equipment, and responds appropriately.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
  • Electrical Journeyman certification preferred.
  • MSHA Electrical certification.
  • PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair experience required.
  • Ability to work safely and promote safe behavior in others.
  • Must have own hand tools.
  • Sets high standards for self and others, builds trust, and takes accountability.
