Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team at Service Experts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising technicians and helpers who install, maintain, and service commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and helpers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Conduct quality-control checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
  • Train and coach employees on technical skills, customer service, and safety procedures.
  • Assist technicians with unusual or difficult assignments and troubleshoot problems with electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and provide feedback to employees.
  • Lead installations, retrofits, and large-scale projects, and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company practices and processes.
  • Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform vehicle inspections to ensure company property and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for.
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED with additional training and 10+ years of experience in HVAC.
  • Demonstrated basic leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to train others in technical skills and effective customer service.
  • Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area.
  • EPA and safety certifications required.
  • Advanced skills in servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories.
  • Proficient mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
