About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will support both rapid prototyping and detailed hardware development, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and support all aspects of systems engineering from requirements development to verification and validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Decomposition: Break down complex requirements into manageable components to ensure accurate system design and development.
  • Integration, Verification, and Functional Check Out Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to integrate, verify, and validate system performance.
  • Functional and Physical System Modeling: Utilize analytical tools to create accurate models of system behavior and performance.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation to support system design, development, and integration.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Experience in Systems Engineering: Proven experience in applying systems engineering processes and principles to complex system design and development.
  • Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of system architecture, requirements, interface definition, verification, and validation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools and software, including MBSE tools and processes.
  • Clearance: Current Department of Defense Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
