Your Role

As an HR Recruiter, you will focus on attracting hourly talent and managing a high volume of requisitions with a strong emphasis on employee experience. You will also drive employer branding initiatives and establish strong relationships with selected universities.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in diverse recruitments and candidate sourcing, preferably within hourly or entry-level manufacturing and supply chain roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to grasp complex business concepts and make compelling propositions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our business leaders, managers, and HR team to build strong relationships and drive successful recruitments. Your passion for finding the right talent and driving recruitment excellence will be evident in your work.
