Mechanical Assembler Position

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Aerotek. In this role, you will be responsible for performing mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and large components.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and follow entry-level blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and other instructions to build and assemble parts and equipment accurately and timely.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a designated work area to complete OEM assemblies.
- Measure parts using scales, micrometers, and calipers, and utilize overhead cranes and rigging procedures.
- Reading and assembling both sub-assemblies and mid-assemblies off 2D and 3D prints.
- Possession of personal set of tools.
- Experience using rigging equipment.
Join a growing company offering upward mobility. Work in a clean, well-lit facility on new equipment. Hours for the 1st shift are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM with overtime available, and for the 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM with overtime available.
