Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient status
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements:
- Active New York State RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
