As a Senior RF Engineer, you will provide direct support to a DOD Customer for full, multi-domain effects technology transition and fielding. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: Lead advisor to DOD program managers for the evaluation and transition of advanced warfighting tools and RF Technology. Provide advice, technical guidance and expertise to program staff in the following areas: Space-based systems, Multi-domain systems, RF Technology research and development and Classified technology transition. Oversee the technical efforts of FFRDC, National Lab, or contractor RF R&D studies. Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements for mission critical challenges/issues. Written documentation and briefing of essential job functions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than 3 years of SAP and or SCI experience. Experience must include RF R&D, electromagnetics, electronic warfare and RCS measurements. Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated. Ability to multi-task and maintain deadline punctuality during pressurized situations. U.S. Citizenship is required.
