As a Dental Assistant, you will provide assistance to our specialists during exams, procedures, and notes. The ideal candidate has a current license and at least two years of experience in the field.   • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable and relaxed.
  • Gather preliminary information to present to the doctors and ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures and exams, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An Associate's Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB).
  • Previous experience as a dental assistant, preferably in an endodontic specialty office.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide high-quality patient care.
