Compliance and Operations Specialist

This is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time position (Monday through Friday, 4 PM to 1 am) without remote work opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use. They will also manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and bilingual Spanish skills. They will also have a solid understanding of basic business math, excellent MS Office experience, and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions. Additionally, they will be able to write routine reports and correspondence, and demonstrate a strong work history with prompt regular attendance.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $56,000 and $62,400, depending on experience.
