Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Cyber Security Liaison, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and networks.
- Provide technical support with installs, troubleshooting, and maintaining GFE products/equipment.
- Train customers on the use of our systems and identify, analyze, and repair product failures.
- Image, configure, and patch systems for end-users.
- Develop and enhance existing systems to improve business methods and processes.
- Analyze and develop technical documentation detailing system integration and performance.
- Manage software licenses and installation of software on end-user systems.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering and cyber security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance.
- IAT II (Security+) or higher certification.
- U.S. Citizenship.
