We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at True Blue Car Wash. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Car Wash and Oil & Lube Center location in Bolingbrook, IL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Car Wash and Oil & Lube Center
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience
  • Train and coach staff to ensure they are meeting the company's standards in leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence, and financial performance
  • Ensure that the site follows all approved safety procedures and vehicle damage claim procedures
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role
  • Leadership and communication skills, including active listening
  • Experience with team building and sales
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Proficient computer skills and strong work ethic
