Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage cycle counting and stock replenishment functions to prioritize workloads.
  • Transaction Processing: Perform and verify daily transactions, including issues, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Audit and Reconciliation: Assist in location-by-location audits, including reconciliation and adjustments.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of count results not performed due to scheduled cycle counts.
Production and Operational Results
  • Inventory Audits: Coordinate daily requests for inventory audits through reconciliation & adjustments in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Monitor negative and B/O reports for inventory transaction problems.
  • Warehouse Transfers: Monitor and reconcile warehouse/location transfers.
  • Zero Location Audits: Coordinate zero location audits to clean out part number / location combinations.
  • Process Improvement: Observe and identify situations or performances causing inaccuracies; assist in reconciliation and process improvements.
Quality and Safety
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve inventory transaction discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Generate reports in ERP.
  • Material Transfer: Maintain a file of Material Transfer Forms.
  • Liaison: Serve as a liaison with manufacturing resources to coordinate efforts in inspection of products, assemblies or machines to ensure that they meet requirements.
  • Accountability: Accountable for Outgoing and End of Line Audit results, addresses them with team, and aligns resources to eliminate potential errors.

  • Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance.
  • Safety: Observes all safety procedures and policies; reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; uses equipment and materials properly.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, advanced education with a focus on warehouse inventory control a plus.
  • Qualifications: Proficient in MS Word and Excel (Required). Inventory control: 3 years (Required). Proficient in Warehouse Management Software (Preferred). Leadership Experience (Preferred). US work authorization (Required). Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise 1 (Preferred). Knowledge of automated production and inventory control systems (Preferred). Good oral and written communication skills; able to comprehend and make inferences from materials written in English. Ability to perform basic arithmetic using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Good analytical skills. Ability to operate a forklift and order picker (Preferred, training can be provided). Ability to operate a reach truck (Preferred, training can be provided). Bilingual, English and Spanish (Preferred). Schedule: M-F First Shift Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with education and experience.
