Job Summary

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will serve as the clinical lead on client cases, working with the Program Coordinator (BCBA) and Behavior Technician (R/BT) to ensure all treatment plans are progressing to reach client-specific goals. The successful candidate will conduct training workshops, perform routine fidelity checks, collect interobserver reliability data, review client programs, and make necessary changes to the treatment program.

Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, working with the Program Coordinator (BCBA) and Behavior Technician (R/BT) to ensure all treatment plans are progressing to reach client-specific goals.
  • Treatment: Conduct behavioral, developmental, and functional-based assessments, develop, oversee, and implement client Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and perform a range of evidence-based intervention methods to assist in client treatment plans.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs to clients.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to parents and caregivers, and promote a high level of professional and ethical standards, following both company standards and BACB guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Certification: Must be a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Experience: Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families both in clinical settings and in client homes is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
