Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide on available technologies
  • Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing sources of issues and impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
About the Team

The Technical Infrastructure team at Google is responsible for building the architecture that keeps our products running. We develop and maintain data centers, build the next generation of Google platforms, and ensure our users have the best and fastest experience possible. We're proud to be our engineers' engineers and love voiding warranties by taking things apart to rebuild them.

What We Offer

As a software engineer at Google, you will have the opportunity to work on a specific project critical to our needs, with opportunities to switch teams and projects as our business grows and evolves. We offer a competitive salary range of $136,000-$200,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors.
