Role Overview
We are seeking a licensed, part-time therapist who is enthusiastic about providing mental health services to the entire family. As a clinical supervisor, you will report to a clinical supervisor and work closely with other clinical team members, such as psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers.

Responsibilities

  • Employ evidence-based methods to encourage, direct, and assist our members in achieving their objectives
  • Work closely with other clinical team members to provide comprehensive care
  • Test out new therapeutic methods and protocols
  • Attend training sessions on our specialized curriculum and collaborative care style

Requirements

  • Hold an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC licensure
  • Must be licensed in Massachusetts; licensure in other states is a plus
  • Experience using video telehealth and being tech savvy
  • Motivated and organized by a vibrant team environment
  • A friendly and interesting clinical tone
  • Dedicated to supporting young people's goal-setting
  • Willingness to work evening shifts is desirable
