Job Description

Timmons Group is seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager/Senior Civil Project Manager to lead our Traffic Analysis team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Oversee marketing and business development efforts, technical quality, and profitability.
  • Coordinate project staff, client communications, and negotiate scopes and fees.
  • Assist in collection of fees and maintain client follow-up maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional registration (P.E., PTOE, etc.) in one or more states where Timmons Group operates.
  • 8-10 years of experience in roadway design, traffic, and transportation engineering, including projects for NCDOT and local governments in North Carolina.
  • Thorough understanding of project accounting and ability to manage schedules and budgets.
  • Experience in marketing, supervision of technical work, and technical software proficiency.
