About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Charlotte, NC.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects and teams to deliver high-quality land development and engineering plans for our clients in the commercial, institutional, industrial, mining, and residential development sectors.

You will work closely with our clients and regulatory agencies to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to mentor and supervise junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Interface with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to secure new business and promote CEC's services.
  • Collaborate with other practices within CEC to provide integrated service solutions to our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure.
  • Ability to nurture existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
