Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Portfolio Manager to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading portfolio management efforts, defining IT portfolio management strategy, and coordinating with DoD stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT portfolio management strategies to identify inefficiencies and modernization opportunities
  • Collaborate with DoD stakeholders to establish processes and procedures for transforming the DoD IT portfolio
  • Assess data to support IT portfolio management processes and synthesize complex information for senior leadership
  • Experience with writing DoD policy, strategy, guidance, and executive-level briefings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with executing IT portfolio management processes and knowledge of DoD decision processes
  • Ability to assess data and synthesize complex information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with supporting audits and applying program management principles
  • Knowledge of business process re-engineering and enterprise architectures
