About This Opportunity

Enterprise Mobility Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team for the summer. As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting processes and procedures, working closely with our experienced accounting team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist in the preparation of journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations
  • Review and code vendor invoices for services and products
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist in the annual budget/forecast process
  • Enter vendor invoices into our accounting system
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be a resident of the United States
  • Must be a rising Senior, enrolled full time for the upcoming semester, and set to graduate between December 2025 - June 2026
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours per week during the internship period
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Products
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
