HVAC Design Engineer Position

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

Working Hours: Flexible hours from 7 AM to 9 AM to 4 PM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday. 8 hours daily with a 1-hour lunch break. Remote work is not available.

ESPO Corporation is a leader in the design of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems for educational institutions and various commercial properties. We are seeking a seasoned professional in HVAC/Mechanical Design and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee HVAC systems for diverse commercial projects.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC/Mechanical design for commercial structures.
  • In-depth understanding of HVAC principles and practices.
  • Project Management experience is advantageous.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • P.E. license is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit MEP is a plus.
