  • Develop and deliver training programs to team members on food preparation, service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Strategically manage inventory by analyzing past data and forecasting demand, minimizing waste and excess.
  • Promote a culture of excellent customer service, driving sales through a great product and exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • At least one year of management experience

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with computer and office equipment
  • Restaurant environment with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment
