Job Overview

  • Assess and communicate additional repair needs to the service department.
  • Achieve or surpass departmental quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist fellow technicians and staff as required.
  • Maintain and utilize shop tools and equipment properly.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Create service orders for incoming repair equipment.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments using scheduling software.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels.
  • Prepare repair estimates and service bids for customer review.
  • Work alongside other technicians to manage shop workload effectively.
  • Order necessary parts and liaise with vendors.
  • Coordinate service tasks with other employees in the store.
Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have at least two years of experience in:

  • Commercial cleaning and restoration equipment
  • Small engine repair and maintenance
  • Pressure washer maintenance
  • Vehicle repair and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of a basic mechanic's toolset.
  • Strong technical skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in diagnosing equipment issues and problem-solving.
  • Commitment to safety practices.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs regularly.
  • Professional demeanor with effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
