Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing solution programs that involve diverse functions and project teams.
  • Overseeing the logistics of components for builds and prototypes, effectively juggling multiple projects at once.
  • Developing and directing schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for assigned programs.

  • Establishing best practices through documentation control policies and procedures, ensuring thorough documentation and organization for future reference.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to less-experienced staff members, sharing your expertise to facilitate their growth.
