We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Certified Yoga Instructor at StretchLab - Hudson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional stretching experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure a positive and engaging experience
- Build and retain client relationships through effective communication and outreach
- Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments
- Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist Sales Associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
- Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote StretchLab
- Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use
- A passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients
- Fitness certification required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
- Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training
