The Certified Respiratory Therapist at Trios Health plays a crucial role in delivering specialized cardiopulmonary care tailored to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate respiratory care strategies.
- Maintain flexibility in adapting to evolving healthcare systems.
- Exhibit professionalism and respect towards patients, families, and colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Certification.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Six months to one year of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college.
- Three or more years of experience in acute respiratory care, including neonatal and critical care settings.
Position Details:
This is a Union Position and is classified as a safety-sensitive role.
Compensation:
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 available for qualified candidates (pro-rated for part-time roles).
Salary Range: $43.19 per hour.
