We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and merchandising of products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise
  • Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
  • Monitor productivity of team and coach as necessary
  • Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment
  • Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
  • Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
Requirements
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player with ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors
