Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain a clean and well-stocked housekeeping department.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all public areas, restrooms, and back of house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating housekeeping services for events and other activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and training staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
