Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled JIRA Administrator to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a JIRA Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our JIRA and Windchill systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues with JIRA and Windchill systems
- Review and approve user requests for access and changes to the systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the systems are up-to-date and running efficiently
- Monitor system performance and capacity, and take proactive measures to prevent or resolve issues
- Perform regular backups of JIRA and Windchill data
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a JIRA Administrator role or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
