Job Title: Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist
Job Summary:
City Mobile Group is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures in a mobile catheterization laboratory setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the catheterization laboratory and equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure and obtaining informed consent
- Assist the physician during procedures, including monitoring the patient's vital signs and providing support as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to various locations as needed
