Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Washington.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities- Assist in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiography, and electrophysiology studies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including angiographic equipment, ECG machines, and other medical devices.
- Ensure a safe and efficient workflow, including preparing patients for procedures, positioning equipment, and monitoring patients during procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, radiologists, and nurses, to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports.
- ARRT or RCIS certification
- Current WA state license
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
