Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Radiology Imaging Associates. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI exams, providing excellent patient care, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI Exams: Independently conduct MRI exams, positioning patients on the exam table to produce high-quality images.
  • Provide Patient Care: Offer clear and detailed information regarding the procedure and care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the exam.
  • Document and Interpret Exams: Complete accurate documentation and obtain interpretation for each exam, adhering to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
  • Manage Patient Priority: Prioritize patients and act as a first responder when needed, ensuring timely and efficient exam completion.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the smooth operation of our imaging center.
Requirements
  • ARRT Certification: Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and have a valid MR board registry.
  • CPR Certification: Must be certified in CPR.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in magnetic resonance imaging is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and management.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate exemplary patient care and customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
