As a Receptionist, you'll be responsible for making our clients feel welcome at the dealership. You'll interact daily with Clients, Sales team, and Service team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate party using a multi-line phone system.
  • Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
  • Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
  • Perform general office duties such as emailing, copying, filing, and faxing.
  • Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving record check.
