Mercedes-Benz Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh, a part of the Bobby Rahal Automotive Group.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients, vendors, and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
• Utilize a multi-line phone system to direct calls to the appropriate party, ensuring seamless communication.
• Process receipts for sales transactions and handle paperwork for accounting functions.
• Perform general office duties, including emailing, copying, filing, and faxing.
• Detail-oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and driving record check.

Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
