Patient Care Technician Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, under the supervision of a licensed Nurse
- Assist with monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- 1 year of experience working in a patient care setting preferred; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent patient care

Compensation and Benefits
