Field Audit Supervisor

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled Field Audit Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading audit teams and ensuring that our stores are operating efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead audit teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits
- Communicate effectively with store managers and staff to resolve any issues or concerns
- Use computer systems to post and book audit figures
- Research and resolve audit findings as directed
- Schedule audits and manage teams to ensure efficient use of resources
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in retail management or auditing with excellent communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of work and relationships with stores
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Team player with a professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, and work at heights for long periods
- Ability to use a computer and handheld scanner
- Ability to hear and speak clearly for store and office support
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in extreme temperatures
