Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget variances and cost center performance.
  • Collaborate with commercial business leaders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Work closely with the FP&A Manager to develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize costs and improve financial performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and sumif.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics or related industries.
  • Proficient in working with SAP/BPC and related systems.
