Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Canterbury of Twinsburg. As a skilled nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled residents, including vent patients
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure adherence to facility standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure resident safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and services
  • Participate in staff development and education to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of a nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in long-term care and skilled nursing preferred
