About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at the Twinsburg Family Health & Surgery Center. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures and providing quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses
  • Ensure aseptic conditions are maintained throughout the procedure
  • Participate in the intraoperative "timeout" to ensure patient safety
  • Collect and label specimens removed during surgical procedures
  • Assist with outpatient clinic flow and coordinate surgical and clinical schedules
Requirements
  • Completion of a surgical technology program accredited through the CAAHEP or ABHES
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist
