- Technical Advice: Offer sound technical and engineering advice to support facilities performance improvement, utilizing your knowledge of CAD and CMMS systems to inform your decisions.
- Vendor Management: Select vendors for equipment purchases, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot mechanical processes, identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Equipment Installation: Install and start-up new equipment and processes, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Cost Savings: Develop creative ideas to cut costs, identifying areas where we can reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of our physical plant and facilities, monitoring and controlling energy use and implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Administrative Tasks: Verify and complete administrative work, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Experience: 3 or more years of maintenance supervisory experience.
- Skills: Innovative, good technical and mechanical knowledge, excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Citizenship: Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
