Position Overview:
Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. We are located in a serene environment, ideal for providing quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Administer and document medications and treatments as required.
  • Assist Physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
  • Provide health care instructions and support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
  • Facilitate the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
  • Support unit management and take charge of the unit as needed.
